GENERAL

We offer subscriptions to IPTV. You can only use one device per connection; you can’t use more than one device per connection! Any attempt to use more than one device simultaneously may result in the cancellation of your subscription. Freezing and non-functional material are common issues in any IPTV system around the world; therefore, you may encounter these problems. The channels and VOD of any package may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice. For any panel-related issues, we provide support to our IPTV Resellers. After receiving a clean payment, IPTV Subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email address within 1 business day. The client is responsible for learning how IPTV works and understanding its features and capabilities.

We execute server maintenance regularly; however, this can occur at any time, and the time range is unknown.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel or put your subscription on hold, you don’t need to notify us. If you choose to put your subscription on hold, your service will be terminated when your current subscription expires. To cancel or put your subscription on hold, you don’t need to pay anything.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

VisualiseTv assures that any TV subscription codes obtained from our website will be enabled for the agreed-upon duration. If you encounter a problem with the servers or the material is not functioning correctly, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue. VisualiseTv does not sell any IPTV boxes; it is the client’s responsibility to purchase their own.

If you change your mind after purchasing the subscription and want to change your plan (add more time or connections), just contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly assist you.
