We offer premium streaming subscriptions designed for single-device access per connection. Sharing one connection across multiple devices at the same time is not permitted and may result in service termination.
Like any digital streaming service, occasional buffering or temporary interruptions may occur. Our content library—including channels and on-demand content—can be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
For our resellers, dedicated support is available to assist with account and panel-related inquiries. Once payment is confirmed, streaming credentials are usually delivered to your registered email within one business day. Customers are responsible for understanding how streaming works and familiarizing themselves with the platform’s features.
Routine server maintenance may be conducted as necessary. While we strive to minimize disruptions, maintenance schedules can vary without advance notice.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, no advance notice or additional fees are required. Your service will simply conclude at the end of your current billing cycle if you choose not to renew.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
VisualiseTv guarantees that all streaming subscriptions purchased through our website will remain active for the agreed duration. If you experience service issues or encounter technical difficulties, please contact our support team so we can assist promptly.
VisualiseTv does not sell physical streaming devices. Customers are responsible for acquiring compatible hardware independently.
If you’d like to modify your subscription—such as extending your plan or adding device connections—please reach out within 7 days of your initial purchase, and we’ll be happy to help adjust your plan to fit your needs.
